Confirma Software is pleased to announce the acquisition of Nutid AB, the developer of the Vendolink POS solution.
This is Confirma Software´s fourteenth acquisition.

With the acquisition of Vendolink, Confirma Software has proforma LTM revenue of approximately close to € 50 million, more than 14.500 customers and over 330 employees.
Nutid AB offers the Vendolink POS system which targets the SME market in Sweden and Norway through multiple channels, including a solid partnership with Sharp Business Solutions, and a number of other dealers as well as through direct sales. The Vendolink customers will get access to a broader range of cloud-based POS solutions through the existing solutions offered by other Confirma Software companies such as Crona and DL Software. Nutid AB has 27 employees.
